1. Assist in preparation and collation of technical dossiers and product information required for cosmetic notifications.
2. Support regulatory submissions to relevant authorities or online portals, track application status and follow up on pending items.
3. Maintain and update internal databases and trackers for notifications, approvals and renewals to ensure data accuracy and audit readiness.
4. Liaise with Brand teams to obtain product specifications, labelling details and marketing claim information for regulatory review.
5. Contribute to compliance documentation, data collection and project support to help the regulatory team meet milestones and deliverables.

1. Undergraduate student or recent graduate in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
2. Available to commit to a full‑time internship from April 2026 to October 2026.
3. Meticulous attention to detail with strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.
5. Good written and verbal communication skills and capacity to work collaboratively across functions.
