Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing compensation packages for international assignments, including salary, allowances, benefits, and relocation.
  • Support the definition of competitive compensation packages for new hires.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations for management.
  • Administer expatriate packages and coordinate international relocation logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with global Group mobility policy.
  • Provide support to expatriates and new hires regarding compensation and benefits inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of assignments, compensation, and benefits.
  • Prepare reports for audits and analyze data to improve package effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Interest in international HR and global mobility.
