- Coordinate and manage administrative processes related to training grants, ensuring compliance with deadlines and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of training activities.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation for training grants, ensuring accuracy to avoid delays or rejections.
- Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of training and development programs and projects.
- Collaborate in the creation and improvement of training materials, including presentations and supporting documents.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for various HR activities and projects.
- Manage calendars, organize meetings, and prepare materials as needed.
- Track training participation and key performance indicators.
- Use Excel to monitor data, create basic reports, and apply formulas such as VLOOKUP and data cross-references.
- Prior experience in administrative roles, preferably in Human Resources or Learning & Development.
- Demonstrable experience in document management and process tracking with strong attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and data cross-referencing.
- Skilled in creating and improving professional presentations using PowerPoint.
- Fluency in written and verbal English and Spanish.
- Familiarity with regulations and procedures for managing subsidized training.
- Proven administrative management skills.
- Proactivity and persistence in task execution.
- Detail-oriented and methodical approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build professional relationships.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities.
- Supportive attitude and willingness to assist team members.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably within Human Resources or Learning & Development.
