LVMH HR Intern

1. Manage the entire intern recruitment process for Belgium and the Netherlands, including job postings, CV screening, interviews, application tracking, and feedback provision.
2. Support the HR Business Partner in employee recruitment.
3. Respond to spontaneous applications.
4. Create contracts, internship agreements, and personnel files.
5. Assist the HR Officer with employment contract preparation and new hire documentation.
6. Develop and implement a school relations strategy aligned with recruitment needs.
7. Establish partnerships with schools, alumni, and agencies.
8. Organize and participate in recruitment events, presenting LVMH and available positions.
9. Propose innovative ideas to attract top talent.
10. Prepare the monthly newsletter and reports for HR meetings.
11. Update organizational charts monthly.
12. Serve as a reference point for trainees.
13. Contribute to ad hoc projects such as trainings, corporate social responsibility, and people development.
