LVMH Customer Service & Supply Chain Intern

1. Serve as the primary liaison between Customer Service and external/internal clients.
2. Negotiate with transportation partners to optimize logistics.
3. Manage the article and client databases.
4. Oversee daily order processing and product flow.
5. Introduce and manage dispute files.
6. Support the sales force and key accounts.
7. Plan and organize transportation, including market studies.
8. Implement Customer Service KPIs for LVMH.
9. Analyze Customer Service procedures and document best practices.
10. Handle environmental declarations.

1. Currently enrolled in higher education (business or engineering school, or equivalent university program).
2. Fluency in French and English; proficiency in Dutch is advantageous.

3. Excellent interpersonal skills and autonomy.
4. Customer and product sensitivity, particularly in fragrances and cosmetics.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

No prior experience required, ideal for beginners.

Pursuing a degree in business, engineering, or a related field.

The internship offers a six-month program from July to January 2027, providing valuable professional experience in a dynamic work environment with opportunities for personal and professional growth.
