1. Oversee and educate the store team, engaging deeply with team members to enhance motivation and performance.
2. Conduct training sessions to support skill development and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service, including personalized rituals such as calligraphy and personalization.
3. Create schedules and manage daily store operations smoothly, addressing unforeseen circumstances effectively.
4. Propose and implement actions to acquire and retain customers, supervising customer engagement initiatives.
5. Support all team members in delivering successful customer interactions and identify areas for improvement to enhance sales performance and customer experience.
6. Maintain efficient inventory management and order processing, preventing stockouts or overstock situations, and coordinating product launches.
7. Supervise financial management tasks, including cash register operations, reporting, and inventory control, ensuring compliance with business guidelines.
8. Facilitate communication between the store team and the office, ensuring effective information sharing and regular reporting to superiors.
