LVMH HR Controlling and Digitalisation Manager

1. Ensure comprehensive understanding and deployment of group definitions related to headcounts and HR KPIs.
2. Consolidate and monitor monthly headcount and KPI evolution, providing analysis for HRD/Finance.
3. Coordinate with Central Finance to maintain consistency in HR numbers.
4. Serve as the focal point for Group HR Analytics, ensuring data quality for monthly reporting and annual social audits.
5. Support budget and forecast phases.
6. Conduct audits related to social data and assist HRD in analyzing HR processes.
7. Develop ad hoc presentations and analyses based on business needs.
8. Evaluate and harmonize payroll processes, including potential outsourcing and project coordination.
9. Map and analyze tools used by companies, supporting the implementation of group HRIS solutions.
10. Advise local HR teams on process improvements and tool sharing feasibility.
11. Ensure data quality and proper tool usage, maintaining security and GDPR compliance.
12. Act as the focal point for Group HRIS projects, ensuring the HR network is informed and trained.
13. Collect local tool needs and propose common solutions where feasible.
14. Participate in other ad hoc projects within Métiers d'Art.

1. Master's or University Degree in Management or Human Resources.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian preferred.

A minimum of 5 years in HR, either in a generalist role seeking broader exposure or in a central HR systems/processes position.

Master's or University Degree in Management or Human Resources.
