LVMH Media Project Assistant

LVMH Media, the Central Department of the LVMH Group, is dedicated to maximizing brand visibility through paid advertising across 43 countries, leveraging three core pillars: optimizing media buying conditions, selecting and managing the reference Media Agency per country, and disseminating support materials to aid brand media strategies.
- Participate in media project management through the creation of presentations and analyses.
- Assist in the development and deployment of budgetary reporting and consolidation tools.
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and timeliness of reports/data provided by media agency partners.
- Create and distribute satisfaction surveys and collect feedback from EMEA Maisons.
- Analyze and synthesize survey results.
- Assist in organizing internal events for Maisons, such as All Brands Meetings and Steering Committees.
- Manage the library of magazines received across Europe.
- Participate in team rituals, including weekly meetings and Media breakfasts.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communication.
- Proactive, curious, organized, and meticulous.
- Strong interest in paid media buying; prior experience in a media agency is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & PowerPoint).

Beginner level experience is required. Prior exposure to a media agency environment is beneficial.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communication.
