LVMH Lab Assistant

- Prepare and organize Lab visits, including logistics, content, and internal coordination.
- Enhance visitor experience by optimizing innovation presentations both in-person and remotely.
- Support the Lab team during visits.
- Conduct post-visit follow-ups, facilitating connections between brands and relevant partners, and providing additional information.
- Update the online tool with visit-related data.
- Consolidate and analyze key performance indicators to aid in the development of future Lab Collections.
- Coordinate with external agencies for the production of Lab communication materials such as catalogs and promotional items.
- Conduct competitive analysis on technology themes related to the Lab.
- Currently enrolled in a Business School or University, pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5).
- Previous experience in project management, digital, luxury, or agency settings is advantageous.
- Strong interest in new technologies, retail, and the luxury industry.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact with senior teams.
- Fluency in both English and French, spoken and written.
Beginner level experience is required, ideally with some exposure to project management or digital environments.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or a related field.
