LVMH HRIS Project Assistant

- Ensure the effective use of the Talent Management application (SAP SuccessFactors) by all global users.
- Guarantee adherence to and proper updating of HR management processes within the application, providing quality post-production support.
- Provide daily operational support to HR users, ensuring the Core HR module functions correctly, including maintenance, support ticket responses, and technological updates.
- Participate in internal HR projects related to other Group HR applications, conduct training sessions for internal clients, and contribute to the knowledge base.
- Ensure the proper functioning of the reporting module on the platform and assist users in its effective utilization.
- Maintain the security level of platform access roles.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a specialization in HR/HRIS.
- Proactive with strong writing skills.
- Experience with employee data, positions, and/or organizational charts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & PowerPoint, Open Office).
- Interest in HR data and HR Information Systems.
- Fluent in English.
- Knowledge of HR administration on an HRIS application is advantageous.
Beginner-level experience is required, particularly in handling employee data and organizational structures.
Pursuing a Bac+4/5 degree with a specialization in HR/HRIS.
