LVMH HRIS Project Assistant

1. Ensure the effective use of the Talent Management application (SAP SuccessFactors) by all global users.
2. Guarantee adherence to and proper updating of HR management processes within the application, providing quality post-production support.
3. Provide daily operational support to HR users, ensuring the Core HR module functions correctly, including maintenance, support ticket responses, and technological updates.
4. Participate in internal HR projects related to other Group HR applications, conduct training sessions for internal clients, and contribute to the knowledge base.
5. Ensure the proper functioning of the reporting module on the platform and assist users in its effective utilization.
6. Maintain the security level of platform access roles.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a specialization in HR/HRIS.

1. Proactive with strong writing skills.
2. Experience with employee data, positions, and/or organizational charts.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & PowerPoint, Open Office).
4. Interest in HR data and HR Information Systems.
5. Fluent in English.
6. Knowledge of HR administration on an HRIS application is advantageous.

Beginner-level experience is required, particularly in handling employee data and organizational structures.

Pursuing a Bac+4/5 degree with a specialization in HR/HRIS.
