LVMH Global Leadership Learning & Development Intern

- Support the planning and logistical coordination of training programs, workshops, and events in collaboration with teams across EMEA, APAC, and the US.
- Provide administrative support for the scheduling, organization, and delivery of learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop new ideas, tools, and approaches for leadership and management development programs.

- Graduate-level student (master's degree) in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, with native-level proficiency strongly preferred; French proficiency is considered an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in data analysis and interpretation.
- Strong interest in learning, professional development, cultural transformation, and leadership development.
