- Provide strategic analysis for Givenchy Fragrances to guide short and long-term strategies by region and franchise.
- Act as a business partner to support countries and central teams effectively.
- Conduct strategic business analysis focusing on zones and franchises, identifying growth levers and future opportunities.
- Develop ad hoc business cases and support strategic plans by region and franchise.
- Contribute to monthly business reviews with LVMH top management.
- Ensure effective communication of brand actions, guidelines, and decisions to countries.
- Implement efficient communication tools for market engagement.
- Ensure the relevance and effectiveness of commercial presentations and brand guidelines.
- Provide ad hoc support for local actions and interface with the supply chain for market forecasts.
- Communicate pertinent market and product information to central teams.
- Collaborate on specific needs and challenges of key countries, sharing local best practices for central strategy integration.
- Represent Givenchy at commercial presentations, events, and seminars.
- Contribute to major commercial seminars or meetings.
- Business school degree (ESC) or equivalent Master's degree.
- Fluency in English.
- Expertise in analytical tools and systems (Excel, Orion, Access).
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Field experience.
- Results-oriented mindset.
- Retail knowledge with a minimum of 3 years in trade marketing, business development, or retail.
- Strategic thinking and analytical vision.
- Ability to anticipate and seize business opportunities.
- Leadership in managing cross-functional projects and motivating teams.
- Persuasive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the luxury or beauty industry.
Master's degree in Business or related field.
