LVMH Digital Learning & Client Experience Project Assistant

- Contribute to the success of various international retail excellence projects, including the award-winning digital learning application MyBeautyPlay.
- Create engaging and aesthetic training content for both digital platforms and in-person sessions.
- Serve as the primary contact for specific projects across 30 global markets.
- Develop new functionalities for the digital learning application.
- Manage the translation process for training tools.
- Administer the application's back office in collaboration with the publisher.
- Animate the training teams' community across markets.
- Participate in video content production, including agency briefing, logistical coordination, and post-production management.
- Engage in ad-hoc client experience projects.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English at a C1 level for both written and oral communication.
- Proficient in PowerPoint with a keen aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, and Capcut is advantageous.
- Interest in digital development and project management.
- Organized and structured approach to project management.
- Sensitivity to the luxury and beauty sectors.
- Proactive and dynamic personality.
