1. Maintain the project tracking database for the entire Point of Sale Materials (PLV) team.
2. Complete cost avoidance tracking tables and supplier allocations.
3. Monitor supplier feedback using the dedicated PLV CSR data tool.
4. Input key project information into the SAP ERP system, including item sheets, final pricing, and origin details.
5. Ensure project quality in collaboration with buyers and the quality service team.
6. Populate risk analysis tables for strategic projects, adhering to PLV quality specifications.
7. Support buyers in project development tracking: validate internal client proofs and communicate feedback and corrections to suppliers.
8. Manage the follow-up of SA8000 social audits in support of the teams.

1. Master's degree in Purchasing or a related field.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
