- Conduct documentary research on department-related topics, including case law, synthesis notes, and benchmarks.
- Prepare presentation materials.
- Draft meeting minutes.
- Conduct research for due diligence procedures.
- Enrollment in a Master's program with a specialization in Law, Political Science, Business Ethics, or Audit & Internal Control.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Knowledge of business compliance issues (Sapin II Law, FCPA/UKBA, non-financial reporting, whistleblower protection, duty of care, international sanctions, anti-money laundering).
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
No prior professional experience required, suitable for students.
Master's degree in progress in relevant fields such as Law, Political Science, Business Ethics, or Audit & Internal Control.
