- Support Maisons in implementing CRM use cases and tools.
- Engage in cross-functional projects across Maisons, Divisions, Regions, and the Group.
- Utilize data analysis to develop actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with other departments and partners to establish client strategies.
- Evaluate and measure the success of various projects and optimizations.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on result interpretations.
- Develop a process for testing and measuring client performance.
- Create documentation to highlight CRM and Clienteling best practices.
- Communicate with Maisons to understand their needs.
- Strong interest in data analysis and its business impacts.
- Good understanding of CRM challenges and communication channels.
