- Develop risk maps and support internal controllers in implementing associated action plans.
- Evaluate the internal control level of the Maison and its subsidiaries, identifying areas for improvement.
- Support business units in new projects to identify and manage associated risks, fostering continuous improvement.
- Coordinate and engage the network of internal controllers within the Maison and its subsidiaries.
- Conduct, coordinate, and supervise internal audit missions across various business functions and international subsidiaries.
- Promote digital transformation in audit strategy by proposing innovative solutions.
- Utilize data analysis and visualization tools to identify anomalies and weak signals.
- Draft audit reports with high-value operational recommendations.
- Ensure the reliability of financial information and the effectiveness of financial and operational processes.
- Conduct investigations on confidential and sensitive matters, demonstrating strong analytical capabilities.
- Contribute to audits evaluating the effectiveness of Ethics & Compliance frameworks, proposing constructive improvements.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in audit and internal control, ideally in an audit or consulting firm, with at least 2 years in an international company.
- Proven experience in managing complex cross-functional projects involving various stakeholders and geographic areas.
- Strong knowledge of audit methodologies and ability to operate in demanding, ever-evolving environments.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong intellectual curiosity and a constant pursuit of excellence.
- Ability to work collaboratively, demonstrating diplomacy and pragmatism.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
Minimum of 8 years in audit and internal control, with experience in both audit firms and international corporate settings.
