1. Optimize and control lines in the Sourcing IT tool (PLM) to ensure proper billing flow.
2. Manage supplier order portfolios, including control, entry, and communication of purchase orders for materials and products.
3. Follow up with internal stakeholders such as style coordinators and sourcing buyers.
4. Handle workflows and billing errors.
5. Maintain constant communication with style coordinators, internal and external workshops, sourcing, accounting, and finance teams.
6. Engage with prototyping subcontractors.

1. Minimum of a Bac+2 degree (DEUG, DUT, BTS).
2. Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and knowledge of SAP, PLM, and Power BI.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to take initiative and work collaboratively in a team environment.
5. English proficiency is an advantage.
