1. Lead the development of leather materials with suppliers, ensuring alignment with project objectives such as style, quality, cost, and timelines.
2. Collaborate with creative teams to ensure industrial feasibility of initial prototypes.
3. Formalize industrial specifications for suppliers and assist project buyers in selecting supplier panels.
4. Industrialize leather collections in partnership with suppliers, validating design and manufacturing processes.
5. Approve leathers through laboratory testing, process validation, control audits, and aesthetic criteria assessments.
6. Ensure leather assembly in collaboration with the finished goods manufacturing site.
7. Propose optimizations throughout the industrialization process to enhance material design and simplify processes.
8. Manage innovation projects related to materials, including design, materials, and manufacturing processes.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum of 8 years' experience in development or industrialization roles.

3. Proficiency in French and English; Italian is a plus.
