1. Develop managers to ensure their teams deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise to every client, through consistent coaching and tailored individual action plans.
2. Hire, evaluate, train, and discipline staff in alignment with company policies to meet business strategy and sales goals.
3. Demonstrate sales leadership by actively participating on the selling floor.
4. Motivate sales staff to achieve assigned sales and productivity targets.
5. Implement events and in-store incentives to grow the customer base, with a focus on the local market.
6. Provide accurate forecasts for monthly sales targets.
7. Set and manage team and individual targets, assessing performance to ensure goals are met.
8. Maintain high standards of customer service and quality, monitoring staff performance to ensure customer satisfaction.
9. Develop sales for each product category and clientele in cooperation with the Retail Manager.
10. Stay informed about the local trading environment and competitors' activities.
11. Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen relationships with VIP clientele.
12. Translate strategic and business goals into concrete actions and objectives.

1. Minimum of 8 years of experience with at least 4 years in management roles.
2. Strong knowledge of the fashion and luxury retail industry.
