- Design, develop, and implement global learning programs aligned with strategic organizational goals.
- Lead the creation of Managerial, Leadership, Onboarding, and functional programs to enhance employee skills.
- Utilize advanced pedagogical approaches to maximize learning initiative effectiveness.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, HR, and department heads to identify and tailor learning needs.
- Manage relationships with external vendors to deliver high-quality learning solutions.
- Oversee the deployment of learning programs ensuring consistency and quality across regions.
- Monitor and evaluate learning program effectiveness through metrics and feedback.
- Stay informed on the latest trends in learning and development to maintain cutting-edge programs.
- Provide coaching and support to HR and functional teams in implementing learning initiatives.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in learning and development with a focus on global program implementation.
- Deep expertise in pedagogical approaches and adult learning principles.
- Strong project management skills for managing complex programs and stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and learning technologies.
- Strong analytical skills for measuring and evaluating learning program impact.
A minimum of 10 years in learning and development, with significant experience in global program development and implementation.
Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
The position offers a hybrid working mode, allowing for a balance between remote and in-office work.
