1. Design, develop, and implement global learning programs aligned with strategic organizational goals.
2. Lead the creation of Managerial, Leadership, Onboarding, and functional programs to enhance employee skills.
3. Utilize advanced pedagogical approaches to maximize learning initiative effectiveness.
4. Collaborate with senior leadership, HR, and department heads to identify and tailor learning needs.
5. Manage relationships with external vendors to deliver high-quality learning solutions.
6. Oversee the deployment of learning programs ensuring consistency and quality across regions.
7. Monitor and evaluate learning program effectiveness through metrics and feedback.
8. Stay informed on the latest trends in learning and development to maintain cutting-edge programs.
9. Provide coaching and support to HR and functional teams in implementing learning initiatives.

1. Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
2. 10 to 15 years of experience in learning and development with a focus on global program implementation.
3. Deep expertise in pedagogical approaches and adult learning principles.

1. Strong project management skills for managing complex programs and stakeholders.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
3. Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and learning technologies.
4. Strong analytical skills for measuring and evaluating learning program impact.

A minimum of 10 years in learning and development, with significant experience in global program development and implementation.

Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
