Responsibilities
- Support the Hospitality team in organizing events related to brand promotion, including press and client experiences, fashion shows, new collection presentations, and sports events.
- Create purchase orders and track payments.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations.
- Conduct benchmarks and research suppliers and venues.
- Provide operational support for major events such as press, influencer, VIP, and client events.
- Coordinate with stock for delivery and return of necessary items.
- Order flowers and beverages.
- Receive deliveries and liaise with caterers.
- Organize internal logistics and manage rooming lists.
- Handle shipments, mail, recycling, and destruction processes.
- Manage uniforms, including cleaning, storage, and inventory.
- Regularly organize and inventory stock at Pont-Neuf.
Qualifications
- Student in Communication, Business School, or equivalent university program.
Skills
- Adaptability to change.
- Emotional intelligence.
- Strong communication and impeccable writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English.
Experience Requirements
Beginner level experience is acceptable.
