1. Assist the Hospitality team in organizing events related to brand promotion, including press and client experiences, fashion shows, and product launches.
2. Create purchase orders and track payments for event-related expenses.
3. Prepare PowerPoint presentations and support the team with research and benchmarking.
4. Provide operational support for major events, including liaising with press, influencers, VIPs, and clients.
5. Coordinate logistics such as stock management, floral and beverage orders, and delivery reception.
6. Interface with caterers and manage internal logistics, including rooming lists and shipments.
7. Oversee recycling, destruction, and inventory management of uniforms and stock.
8. Regularly organize and inventory the Pont-Neuf stock.
9. Support event coordination and maintain relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders before, during, and after events.
10. Ensure administrative follow-up for events.

1. Currently enrolled in a Communication or Business School, or equivalent university program.

1. Adaptability to change and strong emotional intelligence.
2. Excellent communication skills and impeccable writing abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Fluent in English.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a degree in Communication, Business, or a related field.
