1. Advise managers on strategic HR issues, including change management, organizational development, and managerial culture.
2. Oversee the professional journey of employees within the designated scope.
3. Support managers in all HR-related decisions concerning their teams.
4. Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
5. Identify and address training and development needs to support employee growth and business objectives.
6. Manage personnel administration, including contracts and administrative follow-up.
7. Handle disciplinary matters and liaise with other departments as necessary.
8. Ensure compliance with social legislation.
9. Contribute to the implementation of HR policies, including annual reviews and talent assessments.
10. Participate in the execution of the salary policy and coordinate social agreements.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in the food distribution or hospitality industry.
