- Maintain and monitor optimal stock levels, ensuring alignment with sales forecasts and business goals.
- Collaborate with regional teams, boutiques, and headquarters to secure the right stock levels and maximize sales opportunities.
- Manage stock for new product launches, events, and promotions, ensuring timely and efficient distribution.
- Analyze sales and stock data to identify trends, optimize inventory allocation, and minimize stockouts or overstock situations.
- Prepare stock proposals and manage discontinued stock levels, coordinating with relevant teams for clearance action plans.
- Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, from procurement to distribution, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Liaise with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to boutiques and customers.
- Identify and resolve any supply chain disruptions, proactively implementing solutions to minimize impact on sales and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies related to inventory management and supply chain operations.
- Conduct regular sales and stock analysis to identify trends, optimize inventory allocation, and improve overall supply chain performance.
- Prepare and present reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory management and supply chain operations.
- Utilize data to drive decision-making and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in merchandising or supply chain management, with at least 7 years in a related role.
- Proven experience in inventory management, supply chain operations, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
Minimum 5 years of experience in merchandising or supply chain management, with at least 7 years in a related role.
