1. Coordinate hallmark events such as Holiday and Ramadan celebrations, pop-ups, and boutique activations.
2. Collaborate with agencies, production partners, and internal teams to create and execute high-end experiences.
3. Prepare event timelines, agency and supplier briefs, and post-event reports.
4. Support on-site execution and manage guest journeys as required.
5. Work closely with vendors for production, AVL, and activations, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
6. Manage project budgets, assist with purchase order creation, invoicing, and supplier onboarding.
7. Maintain budget trackers and internal documentation to ensure timely and compliant administrative execution.
8. Compile event reports and prepare internal presentation decks for regional and headquarters alignment.

1. 2–3 years of experience in luxury event coordination, production, or retail activations.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.

1. Strong project management and organizational skills.
2. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and execution.
3. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Ability to manage multiple timelines and work cross-functionally.

2–3 years of experience in luxury event coordination, production, or retail activations.
