- Drive sales performance and growth by ensuring boutique objectives are met, including turnover, conversion rate, and average basket size.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve boutique targets, supporting the implementation of business plans and action plans.
- Monitor performance and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, creating personalized action plans.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
- Represent Jaeger-LeCoultre as a brand ambassador within the local community, building relationships and enhancing brand visibility through strategic partnerships and events.
- Ensure operational excellence and efficiency by adhering to company policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Guarantee compliance with the Group’s policies and the Maison’s commercial rules, ensuring retail procedures are respected.
- Oversee the safety and security of the team, inventory, and premises, following security protocols.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing losses and discrepancies.
- Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment that fosters team morale, passion, and productivity.
- Implement strategies to enhance team engagement and motivation, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Set individual sales targets, monitor performance, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
- Define recruitment needs, participate in recruitments, and effectively integrate new team members.
- Ensure the boutique environment provides a welcoming and luxurious experience for all clients, coordinating omni-channel activities for a seamless client journey.
- Implement and manage CRM strategies to cultivate and expand the boutique's client database, driving repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Empower the team to provide personalized and attentive service, anticipating client needs and exceeding expectations.
- Ensure prompt and effective resolution of client inquiries and concerns, providing support for complex customer service issues.
- Proven experience in luxury retail management, preferably in the watch or jewellery industry (at least 5 years)
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Fluency in French and English
A minimum of 5 years in luxury retail management, with a preference for experience in the watch or jewellery industry.
