- Define HWM stock targets for key boutiques in collaboration with Supply Chain and Marketing Teams to execute stock concentration strategies and maximize productivity.
- Determine HWM assortments for event-specific stock requirements in partnership with Supply Chain and Marketing Teams.
- Optimize stock performance at boutique or channel levels to ensure sales performance and maintain appropriate in-store stock immobilization timings.
- Develop and disseminate reports for top management and regional teams to leverage HWM stock commercially.
- Drive the fill-up and maintenance of the HWM Maison platform to ensure tool reliability and availability.
- Participate in PLC analysis and decision-making processes.
- Coordinate HWM forecasts with internal stakeholders.
- Manage pipeline allocations and prioritizations, serving as the key contact for market inquiries.
- Facilitate direct communication with Supply Chain and Manufacture teams regarding stock-related questions, including product care.
- Animate weekly HWM operations updates for regional teams and participate actively in monthly sales and operations committees.
- Contribute to the construction of the 3-year plan and participate in international events taskforces.
- 3 to 5 years of commercial and operations experience in the luxury industry.
- Proven track record in building efficient processes with a client-centric mindset.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial, pragmatic, and results-oriented.
- Collaborative team player with a passion for fine watchmaking.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
3 to 5 years of experience in commercial and operations roles within the luxury industry.
