- Develop and expand the VIC (Very Important Client) portfolio by recruiting high-potential clients and participating in local and international events as a brand ambassador.
- Cultivate client journeys with a unique and targeted approach to enhance the ultra-luxury experience.
- Analyze client data to create client-centric action plans and strategies.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs through effective data-driven strategies and market intelligence.
- Lead and implement in-boutique events and activations in collaboration with the Regional team.
- Provide coaching and support to the boutique team on client portfolio management and sales presentations.
- Prepare and analyze sales ROI and feedback from in-boutique events.
- Re-activate inactive clients in the database through strategic initiatives.
- Fulfill sales associate responsibilities, including operational and client relation matters.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the luxury retail industry with a focus on commercial exposure and business development.
- Established network of loyal and qualitative clients.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop solutions.
- Strong customer focus and client management expertise.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to make timely decisions and assess risks.
- Creativity and adaptability in a multinational environment.
- Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
