- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships both within and outside the boutique.
- Proactively develop a client portfolio and enhance existing clientele.
- Promote high watchmaking and bespoke sales.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and provide expert product knowledge.
- Assist clients with customer service needs pre- and post-sale.
- Maintain the brand's high standards in all client interactions.
- Participate in daily boutique operations, including set-up and breakdown, merchandising, and inventory management.
- Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
- Assist with special projects such as price changes and back-office responsibilities.
- 3+ years of experience in luxury product sales, preferably in watches.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Excellent computer skills, with SAP exposure as a plus.
- Additional language skills are advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Availability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in client relationship management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
A minimum of three years in luxury product sales, with a preference for experience in the watch industry.
Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
