1. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
2. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships both within and outside the boutique.
3. Proactively develop a client portfolio and enhance existing clientele.
4. Promote high watchmaking and bespoke sales.
5. Ensure exceptional customer service and provide expert product knowledge.
6. Assist clients with customer service needs pre- and post-sale.
7. Maintain the brand's high standards in all client interactions.
8. Participate in daily boutique operations, including set-up and breakdown, merchandising, and inventory management.
9. Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
10. Assist with special projects such as price changes and back-office responsibilities.

1. 3+ years of experience in luxury product sales, preferably in watches.
2. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
3. Excellent computer skills, with SAP exposure as a plus.
4. Additional language skills are advantageous.
5. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Availability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends.

4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

A minimum of three years in luxury product sales, with a preference for experience in the watch industry.

Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
