- Assist with boutique sales inquiries and support the retail team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Manage and maintain performance data and gifts inventory for management analysis.
- Plan and execute calling campaigns to drive monthly boutique activations.
- Collaborate with the Marcoms team to conceptualize, develop, and implement local PR and communication initiatives.
- Monitor the media landscape to stay informed of trends, identify opportunities, and anticipate potential issues.
- Research emerging social media trends and advise on expanding the business's digital presence.
- Support in pitching and managing photo-shoot arrangements to drive coverage on commercial products.
- Assist in PR evaluation monitoring, analysis, and competition benchmarking research.
- Develop and maintain an up-to-date media database.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns.
- Support boutique and Marcoms teams in organizing boutique activations and coordinating local and international events.
- Prepare post-event reports to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely execution of campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Conduct regular boutique and POS visits to ensure adherence to brand guidelines in visual merchandising.
- Forecast, order, budget, and implement seasonal animation themes in all boutiques and POS.
- Update and maintain visual panorama for wholesale partners and report on VM-related topics.
- Minimum diploma holder in a relevant discipline.
- Previous experience in sales and marketing is advantageous.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and ability to work independently.
- Meticulous, organized, and able to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent business communication skills in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
