- Support the extraction and analysis of regional databases via Salesforce for reporting and analytics.
- Monitor and analyze CRM results to provide actionable recommendations for customer database development.
- Implement and follow up on regional CRM E-card planning.
- Assist in developing and implementing regional clienteling strategies, including gifting and client treatment.
- Create and manage CRM campaigns such as emailing, events, and retail activations.
- Manage client extractions, campaigns, and reporting on the CRM program.
- Support the management of the clienteling app, including The View and contact occasions.
- Provide CRM and retail operations support, including administrative tasks like user management and invoicing.
- Coordinate and manage ad-hoc projects across various departments.
- Support the organization and implementation of brand events, including logistics and vendor sourcing.
- Assist with POSM annual orders, inventory management, and logistics for the region.
- Support VM-related tasks, including POSM and lightbox rollout and reporting.
- Assist in the local production of gifting collaterals, including vendor sourcing and negotiation.
- Provide administrative and project support, including invoice processing via SAP and expense management.
- Monitor and analyze PR evaluations and competitor analysis via the DMR platform.
- Assist with photoshoot arrangements and provide on-site support as needed.
- Support media post-buy reports and post-event clippings reports.
- Coordinate and implement local PR activations, including press events and gifting.
- Manage media inquiries and maintain an up-to-date press list.
- Manage the brand asset library, including downloading imagery and videos.
- Provide administrative support for vendor onboarding, PO creation, and invoice processing.
- Work with regional marketing teams to deliver monthly reports on regional marcom strategies.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.
- Familiarity with SAP for administrative tasks.
- Strong analytical skills for data extraction and analysis.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
No prior experience required, though any experience in marketing or communications is beneficial.
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
