- Manage the Maison d’Antoine salon, ensuring it is the premier destination for discerning clientele seeking bespoke and exclusive experiences.
- Leverage the salon to expand the High Watch Making business both locally and globally.
- Cultivate an international clientele by identifying target demographics and engaging with high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) through events and direct interactions.
- Transform prospects into loyal clients, enhancing the global client base.
- Collaborate with headquarters and market teams to design and implement the VIC client experience strategy.
- Train retail teams to enhance their capabilities in developing the HWM business and managing VIC clients.
- Support regional markets in executing VIC strategies to meet global sales and client retention goals.
- Contribute to the development of the Maison HQ strategy for high-end clientele, including product accessibility and bespoke offerings.
- Provide feedback to product marketing teams and share competitive insights across departments.
- 10 years of sales and retail experience in the luxury watchmaking industry.
- Minimum of 5 years managing a VIC portfolio.
- Proven track record in client relationship management and commercial strategy development.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and leadership.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
- Client-centric mindset with a focus on long-term relationship building.
- Entrepreneurial and results-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
A minimum of 10 years in sales and retail within the luxury watchmaking sector, with at least 5 years of direct VIC portfolio management experience.
