Jaeger LeCoultre Commercial Manager

- Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans for the UK and Ireland.
- Define, manage, and control annual sales targets and budgets across all distribution channels.
- Formulate and execute the yearly retail strategy, adapting to market trends and ensuring plan implementation.
- Prepare and conduct annual meetings with key trading partners, advising on market and product developments.
- Manage product assortments and negotiate shop-in-shop contracts.
- Ensure efficient supply chain operations in collaboration with the head office.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to secure necessary support and allocations.
- Analyze and optimize budgets, providing monthly reports to the Brand Director.
- Manage and develop a team of boutique managers, setting objectives and providing personalized feedback.
- Coordinate training plans in collaboration with the Regional Training Manager, ensuring brand strategy alignment.
- Several years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the watch or luxury industry.
- Strong background in retail management.
- Proven ability to lead projects from implementation to completion.
- Excellent communication skills with clients, partners, and team members.
- Strong negotiation skills and a sense of ownership and accountability.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English; French language skills are advantageous.
- Organizational and pragmatic approach to managing projects.
- Customer-centric mindset with flexibility and adaptability.
Several years in a comparable role within the watch or luxury industry, with a strong emphasis on retail management.
