- Achieve or surpass monthly and annual sales targets, aligning with the Maison's objectives.
- Strictly adhere to company commercial and discount policies to maintain profitability and brand integrity.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement promotional activities that enhance traffic and sales.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and implement strategic initiatives.
- Provide continuous coaching, training, and development to boutique staff.
- Ensure staff attire, grooming, and behavior align with brand guidelines.
- Maintain the boutique in pristine condition.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, demonstrating relationship-building with clients and enhancing customer experience.
- Guide the team in adopting client-centric strategies and inspire a client-focused culture.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and foster strong customer relationships and loyalty.
- Build and maintain a relevant customer database to convert into sales and retain for future transactions.
- Implement and oversee the brand's after-sales service strategy, handling inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure product assortments meet customer demand.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify product trends and propose new ideas to management.
- Minimum of 8 years in luxury retail sales and boutique management.
- Experience in selling high-end luxury products is essential.
- Ability to motivate, develop, and cultivate a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with high-profile clients and PR events.
- Networking skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
