Jaeger LeCoultre Area Sales Manager

- Drive wholesale sales and enhance product sell-through.
- Manage wholesale partners to achieve sales targets and optimize stock rotation.
- Develop strategies to increase market share and brand growth across sales channels.
- Create and implement annual retailer business plans focused on commercial performance and activation.
- Collaborate with the Head of Commercial to establish regional budgets and manage model stock collections.
- Ensure all points of sale meet qualitative criteria in visual merchandising and brand presence.
- Initiate and support customer experience activities and uphold brand communication guidelines.
- Act as a knowledgeable spokesperson for Jaeger-LeCoultre, fostering long-term customer partnerships.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the luxury watch industry preferred; luxury industry experience mandatory.
- Willingness to travel up to 70%.
- Strong analytical and commercial abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
- Autonomous with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
- Agility and willingness to drive change.
- Fluency in German and English; proficiency in Dutch or a Nordic language is a plus.
A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the luxury industry, with a strong preference for experience in the luxury watch sector.
