- Provide professional consultation and support to both national and international clientele.
- Act as a brand ambassador, cultivating and maintaining local customer relationships.
- Assist in the planning and execution of internal events and promotions.
- Achieve sales targets as set by store management.
- Ensure the appealing arrangement of displays and optimal presentation of luxury products in line with brand image.
- Perform back-office duties within the boutique.
- Manage the entire after-sales process, from watch maintenance to customer handover.
- Several years of experience in sales or a comparable field dealing with discerning clients.
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong networking skills to expand professional and customer networks.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Affinity for luxury products and understanding of effective presentation techniques.
