1. Provide professional consultation and support to both national and international clientele.
2. Act as a brand ambassador, cultivating and maintaining local customer relationships.
3. Assist in the planning and execution of internal events and promotions.
4. Achieve sales targets as set by store management.
5. Ensure the appealing arrangement of displays and optimal presentation of luxury products in line with brand image.
6. Perform back-office duties within the boutique.
7. Manage the entire after-sales process, from watch maintenance to customer handover.

1. Several years of experience in sales or a comparable field dealing with discerning clients.
2. Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
3. Strong networking skills to expand professional and customer networks.
4. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
5. Affinity for luxury products and understanding of effective presentation techniques.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field with high-end clientele is required.
