2. Develop dashboards and scorecards to monitor carrier performance indicators.
3. Formalize operational procedures with Retail, Sales Administration, Marketing, and After-Sales teams.
4. Measure and reference costs incurred by exceptional or bypass transports.
5. Study and integrate innovative tools for transport data tracking and visualization, such as TMP and the VASCO2 project.
6. Collect and analyze cost, time, and performance data from various departments.
7. Implement reporting tools and participate in formalizing operational rules.
8. Conduct technological watch in the transport domain.

1. Master's degree in Engineering with a specialization in Transport, Logistics, or Supply Chain.

Beginner level experience in transport or logistics is required.
