Hublot Client Activations Intern

1. Oversee all client activations by reviewing proposals, providing feedback, and monitoring execution against KPIs.
2. Guide and support 15 Markets and 138 Boutiques on activation proposals and queries, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and maximizing client engagement.
3. Define and track key performance indicators for client activations, such as sales conversion rates and data collection, and report findings to top management.
4. Collaborate with the HQ Marketing Team to ensure client activations align with the brand DNA and visual identity.
5. Analyze performance data to identify trends and optimization opportunities to drive client engagement and sales.

1. Strong analytical skills and the ability to guide Markets/Boutiques toward excellence and brand consistency.
2. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a passion for collaboration across departments and international teams.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in English.
4. Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
5. Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written).

Beginner level experience in a related field.
