Hublot Client Advisor

- Provide professional consultation and support to both national and international clients.
- Act as a brand ambassador, establishing and maintaining local customer relationships.
- Assist in planning and executing internal events and promotions.
- Responsible for sales performance in alignment with store management directives.
- Ensure the appealing arrangement of displays and optimal presentation of luxury products in line with brand image.
- Undertake back-office duties within the boutique.
- Manage the entire after-sales process, from watch maintenance to customer delivery.
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in sales or a comparable field dealing with discerning clients.
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Networking skills to expand professional and client networks.
- Strong communication abilities and a customer-service orientation.
- Affinity for luxury products and an understanding of effective presentation techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, polished appearance, and confident demeanor.
- High level of responsibility, commitment, and teamwork.
- Outstanding organizational skills with a structured approach to work.
A minimum of three years in a sales role or a similar capacity, engaging with high-end clientele.
