1. Achieve annual sales targets by training and supporting the sales team in customer service.
2. Establish individual and collective goals for the team.
3. Analyze reports and data to develop innovative sales and business growth strategies.
4. Ensure brand integrity in the boutique according to Hublot standards.
5. Maintain daily display in accordance with Hublot guidelines.
6. Provide the highest level of customer service and demonstrate leadership in negotiation and client satisfaction.
7. Develop and manage VIP clients to ensure exceptional customer service.
8. Support the sales team on the floor and manage complex client situations.
9. Ensure the highest level of after-sales service and maintain communication with clients.
10. Manage inventory, stock orders, and logistics of returns and after-sales inventory.
11. Oversee boutique annual budget and ensure back office stock is replenished.
12. Ensure maintenance of the boutique and manage relationships with vendors.
13. Implement and maintain merchandising displays and strategies.
14. Communicate with Hublot North America and Swiss headquarters on various inquiries.
15. Work with the marketing team to create and implement an annual event plan.
16. Advise on local advertising strategy and manage boutique's Instagram account.
17. Recruit, onboard, train, and develop the sales team.
18. Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and ensure compliance with company policies.
19. Provide mentoring to Sales Associates and manage employee issues with HR.

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
2. 10+ years retail experience, predominantly in luxury.
3. 4+ years managerial experience in a retail setting.
4. Experience in US or Canada retail market.
5. Previous experience in the watch industry is a plus.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
5. Understanding of POS systems and operations.

Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within luxury retail.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

CAD $100,000 – $125,000 per year, plus performance-based bonus and commission opportunities.
