- Achieve annual sales targets by training and supporting the sales team in customer service.
- Establish individual and collective goals for the team.
- Analyze reports to provide innovative ideas for local sales and business growth.
- Ensure brand integrity and adherence to Hublot standards within the boutique.
- Maintain daily display standards and regular rotation according to guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service and manage VIP client relationships.
- Support sales team on the floor and handle complex client situations.
- Ensure highest level of after-sales service and maintain communication with clients.
- Manage inventory, stock orders, and logistics of returns and after-sales inventory.
- Oversee boutique operations, including budgeting, maintenance, and vendor management.
- Collaborate with marketing on event planning and local advertising strategies.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop sales associates and assistant directors.
- Provide regular training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and adherence to company policies.
- Address employee issues and collaborate with HR as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 10+ years of retail experience, predominantly in luxury.
- 4+ years of managerial experience in a retail setting.
- Experience in the US retail market.
- Previous experience in the watch industry is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- High customer focus and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop marketing and event concepts.
- Proficiency in managing boutique operations and logistics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A minimum of 10 years in retail, with at least 4 years in a managerial role within the luxury sector. Experience in the US market is essential.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Salary range: $140,000 - $180,000 plus a 10% bonus.
