- Achieve annual sales targets by training and supporting the sales team in customer service.
- Establish individual and collective goals for the team.
- Analyze reports and data to develop innovative ideas for local sales and business growth.
- Ensure brand integrity in the boutique according to Hublot standards.
- Maintain daily display in accordance with Hublot guidelines.
- Focus team efforts on financial targets, including sales, discounts, and inventory.
- Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate leadership in negotiation, client satisfaction, and after-sales service.
- Develop and manage VIP client relationships to ensure exceptional service.
- Support the sales team on the floor and manage complex client situations.
- Ensure high-level after-sales service through communication with the After-sales department and clients.
- Maintain and update customer database, propose customer service strategies for key clients.
- Weekly reporting on boutique sales and operations.
- Manage inventory, stock orders, and provide feedback on inventory mix.
- Oversee logistics of returns and after-sales inventory.
- Manage boutique annual budget and ensure back office stock is replenished.
- Ensure boutique maintenance and collaborate with internal and external vendors.
- Implement and maintain merchandising displays and strategies.
- Communicate with Hublot North America and Swiss headquarters.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures regarding boutique operations.
- Collaborate with marketing team on annual event plans based on local market.
- Support event logistics for boutique events organized by the brand.
- Advise on local advertising strategy.
- Ensure boutique Instagram account is updated per HQ guidelines.
- Encourage team participation in local networking events to build relationships and develop business.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop sales associates and assistant directors.
- Provide regular training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Mentor sales associates in customer service and adherence to retail guidelines.
- Address employee issues and partner with HR as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 10+ years of retail experience, primarily in luxury.
- 4+ years of managerial experience in a retail setting.
- Experience in the US or Canadian retail market.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- High customer focus and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Understanding of POS systems and operations.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a luxury retail environment, with a focus on management and sales.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
