Hublot Assistant Store Manager

- Support the Store Manager in all professional, organizational, and personnel matters and act as a representative in their absence.
- Provide professional consultation and service to both national and international clients.
- Develop and maintain a local customer base.
- Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets.
- Assist in planning and executing internal events and promotions.
- Create appealing window displays and optimally present high-end products in line with the brand's image.
- Manage the boutique's social media presence on Instagram.
- Conduct regular inventory checks.
- Prepare monthly reports.
- Handle cash management and verify cash balances, including invoice verification.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in sales or a comparable field dealing with high-end clients.
- Fluency in German and English; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Strong networking abilities to expand professional and client networks.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer and service orientation.
- Affinity for luxury products and an understanding of effective presentation techniques.
- Polished demeanor, well-groomed appearance, and confident presence.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field with high-end clientele is required.
An attractive starting salary with a share in monthly sales bonuses.
