Hublot Assistant Store Manager

- Support the Store Manager in all professional, organizational, and personnel matters, and act as a deputy in their absence.
- Provide professional advice and service to both national and international clientele.
- Develop and maintain a local customer base.
- Collaborate closely with the Store Manager on sales responsibilities.
- Assist in planning and executing internal events and promotions.
- Ensure visually appealing displays and optimal presentation of high-end products in line with brand image.
- Manage the boutique's Instagram social media presence.
- Conduct regular inventory checks.
- Prepare monthly reports.
- Oversee cash management, including cash register operations and invoice verification.
- Several years of professional experience in sales or a comparable field dealing with discerning customers.
- Fluency in German and English, with additional language skills being advantageous.
- Networking capabilities to expand professional and customer networks.
- Strong communication and customer service orientation.
- Affinity for luxury products and understanding of effective presentation techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, polished appearance, and confident demeanor.
- High level of responsibility, commitment, and teamwork.
- Outstanding organizational skills with a structured approach to work.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
