- Assist the Boutique Director in overseeing all boutique operations to enhance performance.
- Ensure brand integrity and adherence to HQ standards within the boutique's market.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, focusing on negotiation, client satisfaction, and after-sales service.
- Manage and develop customer relationships.
- Maintain daily display standards and regular rotation as per HQ guidelines.
- Conduct weekly reporting on boutique sales and operations.
- Provide feedback on inventory mix to the Boutique Director.
- Oversee inventory controls, including timepieces, accessories, and spare parts.
- Manage logistics of returns and after-sales inventory in coordination with After-Sales departments.
- Focus the team on achieving financial targets, including sales, discounts, and inventory management.
- Assist in organizing boutique events, managing logistics from catering to setup.
- Build partnerships with local charities, shopping venues, and networking sources.
- Propose strategies to enhance boutique awareness and presence in the community.
- Participate in local events to promote the brand.
- Maintain and update the boutique's Instagram account following HQ guidelines.
- Ensure customer database is current and manage CRM activities.
- Act as the floor manager in the absence of the Boutique Director.
- Assist in staff scheduling, payroll approval, and mentoring Sales Associates.
- Ensure adherence to company retail guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Provide feedback on employee performance and assist in training new hires.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience.
- Previous retail luxury experience required.
- Minimum 2 years in a retail management role.
- Experience in assisting store management.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good leadership and team management abilities.
- High customer focus and strong interpersonal skills.
- Thorough understanding of the timepieces industry.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexible and dynamic attitude towards work.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Minimum 5 years of related experience, including 2 years in a retail management role within the luxury sector.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
CAD $92,000-$95,000 annually.
