- Ensure effective deployment of Fendi's worldwide retail training programs at the local market and store level, monitoring progress and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with local HR to implement induction programs for new Store Managers and Sales Associates, focusing on the 'Customer Journey'.
- Monitor and track the delivery and effectiveness of the training plan, ensuring alignment with Global and Regional standards.
- Lead the retail training needs analysis and develop a comprehensive training plan for the region in collaboration with the Regional President, central Retail Training team, and market retail management.
- Develop and implement actions and programs based on identified training needs and objectives, such as Net Promoter Score (NPS) initiatives.
- Coordinate regional calendars for all in-store training activities, including seasonal trainings, Made-to-Order, Fur Academy Training, Visual Merchandising, and Client Relationship Management.
- Partner with Merchandising and HR departments to design a holistic training plan that enhances sales employees' management and soft skills alongside product knowledge.
- Facilitate in-store or classroom trainings in local markets as well as global retail training events and activities.
- Distinguished career in luxury retail training or equivalent high-end service industries.
- Fluency in fashion trends, haute couture heritage, and luxury consumer psychology.
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience engaging discerning audiences.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Multilingual capabilities are highly regarded.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
