Fendi Retail Training Coordinator

- Conduct regular training analysis and monitor completion rates and preparation levels of in-store teams.
- Plan, schedule, and execute training and coaching activities tailored to specific needs.
- Develop innovative approaches to deliver training programs.
- Manage induction plans and activities for new employees.
- Report weekly on training activities.
- Collaborate with HR and Store Managers to identify top talent and advise on development opportunities.
- Prepare and adapt training course materials and workshops.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements for training materials.
- Track monthly training and coaching history, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Provide logistical and administrative support to training department activities.
- Monitor and manage the training budget.
- More than 5 years of experience in retail or retail training.
- Passion for luxury retail and fashion.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of digital tools and AI is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Proactive curiosity and willingness to learn and challenge oneself.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creative and innovative thinking.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French, German, Turkish, or other languages is a plus.
