- Improve Mystery Shop Results through action plans.
- Foster a strong private appointment culture.
- Ensure synergy between front of house and back of house operations.
- Complete administrative paperwork in a timely manner.
- Control costs and ensure efficient store operations.
- Review and submit sales and operational reports in adherence to KPIs.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink requirements.
- Full Profit and Loss responsibility for the store.
- Maintain merchandising standards and optimize display and storage.
- Create a supportive work culture to develop and motivate staff.
- Ensure all Top Store initiatives are understood by the team.
- Attract and recruit top talent through networking and scouting.
- Enforce company policies and procedures for disciplinary action.
- Assess performance and growth potential of staff members.
- Identify individual and team training needs.
- Ensure timely submission of accurate timesheets.
- Minimum 10 years of experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to use POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Experience in Ready-to-Wear (RTW) preferred.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 10 lbs.
