1. Drive and maximize sales performance for overall business.
2. Analyze the business, propose and implement action plans to improve results.
3. Develop a sales strategy, working cross-functionally with corporate partners.
4. Identify new opportunities to attract and retain clients.
5. Develop and deliver events and incentives to grow the business.
6. Ensure appropriate stock and assortment levels are met.
7. Make recommendations for store renovations, upgrades, and expansion.
8. Motivate sales staff to meet assigned sales through an authentic client experience.
9. Manage customer service quality to meet customer expectations.
10. Develop loyal customers and maintain customer database.
11. Act as brand ambassador to strengthen relationships with VIP clientele.
12. Ensure synergy and teamwork between front of house and back of house.
13. Complete all necessary administrative paperwork in a timely manner.
14. Control costs and ensure efficient operation in store.
15. Review and submit sales and operational reports to management.
16. Ensure maintenance of cycle counts, inventory accuracy, and shrink requirements.
17. Maintain merchandising standards.
18. Create a supportive and positive work culture.
19. Attract and recruit the best talent available in the market.
20. Enforce company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum 10 years’ experience, luxury retail preferred.
2. Strong drive for results; goal oriented.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
4. Ability to use POS system and its inventory management functions.
5. RTW experience preferred.
6. Foreign language skills are a plus.
7. Ability to work in a team environment.
8. Ability to lift boxes/weight up to 10 lbs.
9. Organizational and strong computer skills required.
