1. Manage the shipping and receiving of transfers and client merchandise.
2. Ensure merchandise is properly packaged and wrapped for shipping.
3. Monitor courier logs and track packages efficiently.
4. Coordinate hand deliveries as required.
5. Report any damaged merchandise to management promptly.
6. Organize merchandise in the stock area according to Top Store standards.
7. Ensure all merchandise is ticketed and censored per company policy.
8. Prepare merchandise for in-store allocation.
9. Conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies with the Store Manager.
10. Maintain the store's inventory readiness at all times.
11. Create Inventory Adjustment Forms (IAF).
12. Process incoming repairs and submit claim paperwork to Corporate.
13. Assist in the repair cycle by coordinating with clients for merchandise returns.
14. Order necessary supplies for the store.
15. Support operations and store maintenance regarding facilities and fixtures.
16. Maintain cleanliness and organization on the sales floor and stock areas.

1. Minimum of 3 years of related experience in stock management.
