- Manage the shipping and receiving of transfers and client merchandise.
- Ensure merchandise is properly packaged and wrapped for shipping.
- Monitor courier logs and track packages efficiently.
- Coordinate hand deliveries as required.
- Report any damaged merchandise to management promptly.
- Organize merchandise in the stock area according to Top Store standards.
- Ensure all merchandise is ticketed and censored per company policy.
- Prepare merchandise for in-store allocation.
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies with the Store Manager.
- Maintain the store's inventory readiness at all times.
- Create Inventory Adjustment Forms (IAF).
- Process incoming repairs and submit claim paperwork to Corporate.
- Assist in the repair cycle by coordinating with clients for merchandise returns.
- Order necessary supplies for the store.
- Support operations and store maintenance regarding facilities and fixtures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization on the sales floor and stock areas.
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in stock management.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Effective time management skills.
- Physical capability to frequently lift and carry goods.
