1. Manage the shipping and receiving of merchandise and client transfers.
2. Ensure merchandise is accurately packaged and wrapped for shipping.
3. Oversee UPS logs and track package deliveries.
4. Coordinate hand deliveries as necessary.
5. Report damaged merchandise to management promptly.
6. Organize stock area to meet top store standards.
7. Ensure all merchandise is ticketed and censored according to company policy.
8. Prepare merchandise for in-store allocation.
9. Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies with store leadership.
10. Maintain store readiness for inventory at all times.
11. Build Inventory Adjustment Forms (IAF).
12. Process incoming repairs and submit claim paperwork to Corporate.
13. Facilitate the repair cycle by liaising with clients for merchandise returns.
14. Order and manage store supplies.
15. Support store operations and maintenance of facilities and fixtures.
16. Maintain cleanliness of sales floor and stock area.
17. Adhere to all Health and Safety guidelines.

1. Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in retail or customer experience, with a preference for luxury experience.
2. High School Diploma required.

1. Proficiency in stock control and selling.
2. Strong organizational skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal communication, both verbal and written.
4. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
6. Competence in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
7. Physical ability to lift boxes up to 25lbs.
8. Foreign language skills are advantageous.
9. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Candidates should possess 2-4 years of professional experience in retail or customer service, ideally within the luxury sector.
