1. Ship and receive transfers and client merchandise.
2. Prepare merchandise for shipping and ensure accurate packaging and wrapping.
3. Supervise UPS log and track packages.
4. Arrange hand deliveries.
5. Report any damaged merchandise to management.
6. Arrange merchandise in the stock area to top store standards.
7. Ensure all merchandise is accurately ticketed and censored as per company policy.
8. Prepare merchandise for in-store allocation.
9. Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies with the store leadership.
10. Prepare the store for inventory; ensure it is inventory ready at all times.
11. Build IAF.
12. Process incoming repairs and submit claim paperwork to Corporate.
13. Assist in the repair cycle by connecting with clients to return merchandise.
14. Order supplies for the store.
15. Support operations and store maintenance regarding facilities and fixtures.
16. Clean sales floor and stock area.
17. Follow all Health and Safety guidelines.

1. Minimum 2-4 years professional experience in retail or customer experience, luxury experience preferred
2. Minimum High School Diploma
3. Stock control and selling experience
4. Strong organizational skills
5. Strong drive for results
6. Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
7. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office
8. Ability to work in a team environment
9. Ability to use POS system and its inventory management functions
10. Ability to lift boxes/weight up to 25lbs
11. Foreign language skill is a plus
12. Must have flexible availability, including some nights, weekends, and holidays
